Border in crochet 1866

This set of instructions was made by Bethany simply by looking at the illustration because I'd got the danged link to the original instructions wrong. Thanks, Bethany!

Note: My version differs slightly than the original instructions, where I have double crochets, they used treble, but the overall appearance is the same. Also I did 3 rows of double crochet chain one spaces because I used the pattern for a baby blanket border in sport weight yarn and I added a ribbon in the middle of the 3 rows. Looks really pretty, so I added this row in the instructions if you wish to keep the pattern like the pictured pattern, just delete row number two.

Note: Corner instructions are following at the end as I did not make this a "project"; it is kind of open ended for the person so they can make it fit to their pattern

Note: Pattern is in multiples of 20.

Pattern Abbreviations:
sc - single crochet dc - double crochet opr - of previous row
ch - chain sp - space sk - skip
st - stitch rep - repeat slst - slip stitch
sp - space cl - cluster hdc - half double crochet

CORNERS:
I worked it so that for corners I made the 13 go around the edges; I did this by:
Row 1) work 3 (1 dc, ch 1) in the center of corner
Row 2) work 1 dc in 1st dc of corner; work 2 dc in between 1st and 2nd dc ch 1 sp opr; work 2 dc in 2nd dc opr; work 2 dc in between 2nd and 3rd dc ch sp opr; work 1 dc in last dc of corner dc opr
Row 3) dc, ch 1 in middle of 1st and 2nd dc opr; (1 dc, ch 1) twice in between 2nd and 3rd dc opr; (1 dc, ch 1) 4 times in the next sp; (1 dc, ch 1) twice in between next two dc; 1 dc ch 1, in next sp (giving 10 dc and 10 ch 1 sp)
Row 4) worked same as row 4 above
Row 5) worked same as row 5 above
Row 6) worked same as row 6 above
Row 7) worked same as row 7 above
Row 8) worked same as row 8 above, except at corner instead of ch 5, change to ch 10
Row 9) worked same as row 9 above, except at corner instead of ch 4, change to ch 83
Row 10) worked same as row 10 above, except at corner instead of ch 3 ch 6, still 1 dc in ch 4 sp, then ch 6 again instead of ch 3
Row 11) sc; ch 2 in 1st dc opr (counts as 1st dc on this row) 1 dc in each of the next 2 dc opr (*ch 2; 1 dc in each of the next 3 dc opr; ch 2; 1 dc in each of the next 3 dc opr; ch 2; 1 dc in each of the next 3 dc opr; ch 2; 1 dc in each of the next 3 dc opr; ch 3; 1 dc in dc opr) ch 3; 1 dc in 1st dc of the 3 dc opr* rep between * * around to end of work; last 20 multiple do between ( ) and end with slst to top of ch 2 (1st dc) ( same as row 11 above except for where the underlined change is)
Row 12) cl in ch 2 sp; slst to middle st of 3 dc opr; cl in ch 3 sp; slst in dc; cl in next ch 3 sp; slst to middle st of 3 dc opr. FINIS
